Responsibilities to our clients
Provide expert counsel on survey research throughout engagement
Secure, brief and directly manage all vendor(s). Distribute all documents and files to vendors as needed, handle invoicing
Provide daily project management support and progress reports
Serve as single-point-of contact for client and a clearinghouse for all documents between vendor(s) and clients
Apprise client in a timely manner of issues and concerns arising in the field that require client decisions
Collect all output from vendor(s) and distribute to client as desired
Provide counsel on sampling, instrument design and analysis as desired
Additional value-added services available upon request (e.g., instrument design, analysis, reporting, presentation)

Will has spent over 30 years using market research to harness the power of customer insight in support of strategic marketing initiatives, serving hundreds of clients both domestically and internationally.
Equally adept at qualitative and quantitative research methods and the application of advanced analytic tools
Extensive experience in both B2B and B2C markets
Broad experience in dozens of industries; deep understanding of telecom & technology, healthcare and financial services
20 years doing research as part of major management consultancies (Oliver Wyman/Lippincott, Accenture, Prophet Brand Strategy, Kantar Insights) as well as 7 years working for global research agencies
13 years running his own business, serving a broad array of clients through a network of over 100 research partners
Will holds a B.A. from the University of Vermont and a Ph.D. from the University of Denver.
